You agree to the shipping terms and costs that are presented during your check out process.
All items out of stock at the time of shipping for any reason, items may be substituted with permission of the buyer or be refunded or partially refunded in a case of a partial order being fulfilled by the same method as the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 5 days to appear back to your account via your original payment method.
You agree to pay in full by the payment method you submit during the check out process on any order that you submit and will not contest payment without a damage claim or contacting us directly with a valid shipping issue.
All returns must be requested by contacting our store directly at 770-693-5889 or in writing (mail or email) and obtaining a RMA (Return Authorization Approval). Items returned are at the cost of the buyer unless it was damaged by the delivery carrier. Photos of damage packages may be required to establish a refund or exchange. Any refunds on returned items can take up to 14 days to appear back to your account via your original payment method. Not all products are available for returns like wine, clearance items, items due to health & safety reasons, etc.
