Area of Production:Region: Veneto. Morenic hills to the south of Lake Garda.
Grapes:From white grapes Trebbiano Toscano (30%), Tocai Friulano (15%), Garganega (25%), Malvasia (15%) and Cortese (15%), separately vinified. System of growing: traditional with espalier.
Soil Composition:Grounds of morainic origin, with typical drifts with stones.
Vinification and Production System:Vinification of the single grapes, short maceration with the skins, immediate separation of the must, fermentation in purity at controlled temperature (15-16°C.), union of the results of the vinification of the single grapes, preservation in thermoconditioned inox tanks, cold bottling in sterile bottling line.
Organoleptic Description:Dry and mellow white wine, fruity and fragrant; complex perfumed nose.
Color:Light straw-yellow.
Bouquet:Typical, intense, aromatic, fresh fruit aroma.
Taste:Mellow, delicate, naturally sparkling.
Serving Temperature:To be served cold at 8-10°C.
Preservation:To be drunk young. Store in a fresh, dry and dark place.
Gastronomic Suggestions:Wine for aperitif, goes perfectly with hors d'oeuvre, first courses, fish and white meats.
Appellation: Indication Géographique Protégée Pays D’Oc
Soil: The Domain is located in the heart of an abundant «garrigue» nearby the Mediterranean shore. The soils are mainly limestone with some sandstone, red clay and shale. Mediterranean climate with strong sea influence.
Grapes: Organic Syrah and Mourvèdre.
Harvest: Mechanical harvest.
Yield: 40 hl/ha
Vinification: Direct pressing and low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tank. Maturation on the lees.
Alcohol: 12,5 %
Tasting: This blend of Syrah and Mourvèdre rosé, light and round, presents aromas of roses, red fruits, and strawberry candy. Ideal for an aperitif, or to serve with charcuterie or grilled meats.
Soil Type: One part comes from gravel soil, the other part from loamy soils.
Vine Age: 20 years old average.
Irrigation: No irrigation
Harvest Date: October 2014.
Yield: 8 t/ha.
Vinification:
A cold and rainy year especially during harvest. It was much colder than average, which led to producing straight, focused with good acidity and low alcohol levels wines.
This particular vintage provides physiological ripeness with low alcohol and a good acid backbone. Typical for a Blaufränkisch from Burgenland. Harvested at optimum ripeness, spontaneous fermentation in temperature controlled tanks, pressed and aged a bit in large, used oak barrels. Bottled young to preserve the freshness from the fruits.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Light ruby.
Nose: Some blueberry and spice.
Palate: Fresh, dark ripe cherries, with blueberries and a velvety finish. Fine tannins, well integrated acidity and good length.
Other: Will pair well with roasted chicken or grilled meat.
"Hereford" breed of great strain, such as the Cabernet Sauvignon variety that gives rise to this kind wine.Deep ruby red color, with distant violet nuances and fruity aromas reminiscent of the cassis and the cherry in a pleasant communion with vanilla and toast, the product of its oak aging.
Dragon's Tears, This is based of the Nobility's Red Muscadine wine but is infused with Hot pepper flavor to the point that you feel the heat without the scalding burn. Finishing off sweet this is the perfect wine to Start, Compliment, or finish off a meal.
