The Mediterraneo is intense and shining in color with scents reminiscent of the Mediterranean like peach and honey intertwined with sweet jasmine flowers.

Aging:
After racking, the wine is matured in stainless steel tanks and then in oak tonneaux before bottling.

Winemaking:
The grapes are then vinified with a ten day maceration at controlled temperatures
