HARVEST:
September-October. Hand-picking in boxes < 15 kgs.

CLARIFICATlON:
Light clarification and cold stabilization.

TASTING NOTES:
Bright greenish yellow, hay, white flowers, apple, citrus fruits. Volume in the mouth.

PAIRING:
Perfect with fish, seafood, vegetables and fresh cheeses. Its freshness means that it can also be particularly enjoyed between meals.
