Their vineyards, situated at the foot of the Iberian range, are influenced by a very special
microclimate that provides the grapes with a special and distinctive character. Their
vineyards are at an altitude of 500 m (1500 feet) above sea level and are planted on dry,
stony fields.
The region has a dry climate with extreme temperatures favored by Cierzo, a cold dry
wind.
The grapes in this wine are Garnacha and Syrah, the classic varietals of the southern
Rhône Valley.
Tasting Notes:
The wine itself is medium bodied and tastes of red fruits.
It should be drunk at cellar temperature within three years of the vintage.
Could be enjoyed with many different foods: appetizers, grilled meats and vegetables
